Delegate Report 10/25/26
Good afternoon, everyone. It has been another busy month in Area 43. Our Monday night Service Manual and Concept study continues, and we are now halfway through the Concepts. I look forward to studying Concept 7 tomorrow night. We meet virtually on Mondays from 7–8 PM.

The Concept studies will continue into early December, and we will begin the Service Manual chapters on January 4th. These and other studies have been invaluable in my service journey. Whether you are interested in learning more or preparing for future service commitments, participating is worthwhile. The new Service Manuals are now available at the office. The new Manual includes an amendment section at the back outlining the changes that have been made.
The Final Conference Report is now available from the AA.org online bookstore for $5 plus shipping. The office will not stock this item, so copies must be purchased from AA.org.
I continue to attend the monthly Northeast Regional Delegates meeting, where the Everything AA app remains a recurring topic. If you have questions, please contact me directly by email or visit the Delegate Corner for the latest communication from GSO about the app. We expect one more update before year-end. Although I do not yet know the specifics, I expect this update to include more changes than the previous updates. I also met with the Agenda Conference Committee and the Chair of the Trustees Conference Committee. This annual meeting gives conference committees an opportunity to share their thoughts with the Trustees before the October Board weekend. I look forward to attending next weekend and am deeply honored by the opportunity.

This grid is not a list of final agenda items. It lists Proposed Agenda Items submitted by members throughout our service structure. The final agenda will be released in the latter part of February.
Yesterday, I held a “Coffee with the Delegate” sharing day. Members raised several questions about the grid, leading to valuable discussion. Please remind your GSRs that I am available to answer questions about this past year’s conference, the year ahead, or service in general.

Finally, please remember to register for NERAASA and reserve your hotel room before the room block sells out. The committee has already increased the room block, and I expect it to sell out sooner rather than later.
