June 2026 Delegate Report
Delegate Report 6-28-26
Good afternoon everyone, this month has continued to be a busy one as I continue to make District report backs on the General Service Conference. So far I have had the opportunity to visit 4 districts this month with 2 more before the month ends. As I discussed during the Post Conference Assembly that the acquisition of the “Everything AA App” was made official on may 1st. A recent memo was sent out to share more information. I have forwarded this on to the webmaster to have it posted to the Delegate corner and I will be preparing a MailChimp email in the next day or so to send it out to a broader audience. That being said I want to share some information here today. Apps are different from websites and can not simply be updated in real time. AAWS has created a working group to fully identify things that need to come off and what will replace that content. Once that is finalized and the work gets completed changes can be made however those updates must be run through the “app hosts” and can take several more weeks to reflect updates. All of this to say it will be some time before changes are reflected on the app itself. I want to assure you all that contributions are all going to the GSB that are made through the app even though the page still says the creator Ben S. I also want to encourage anyone with questions or concerns to please reach out to me. If anyone here has questions please use the time dedicated to questions to ask them here today. I have included the link to the letter from GSO above.
I encourage everyone to continue to check out the delegate corner and read the monthly self support letters being sent out. This months is a letter from one of our hard working Class A Trustees.

from the floor action regarding the final conference reports we have gotten the first update on that. We have a rough timeline of the PDF version being available around the end of August and aprox 6 weeks after that we can expect shipments of the FCR to go out. After discussion with the Service office committee we have a tentative plan to provide a Pre buy option on our store site. We will only order enough to fulfill the pre orders so anyone wishing to get one will need to use the pre buy option. It will have a deadline for ordering so we can order exactly what we need. This will be made available once we have the final actual cost of the books along with the shipping cost.
I also want to just take a moment to put out some save the dates for important events that our trusted servants and members alike should consider attending and make plans for now. NERAASA in Terry Town NY feb 26th-28th and next years Northeast Regional Forum May 20th-23rd Niagara Falls NY. DCM’s please hype up your GSR’s about these 2 events, they are some of the best opportunities to really connect our groups and fellowship to service and the bottom of the triangle.
Speaking of the Triangle I want to mention the top of the triangle for a moment. Almost all ideas for our fellowship start at the group level somewhere. The items discussed at conference each year come from the “PAI’s” or Proposed Agenda Items. While not all PAI’s get forwarded to conference many do and they come from the groups. Why am I talking about this today? Well the cut off for submission is in September and so now is the time to take those ideas and get them submitted. Again mention this to the GSR’s! I am always available to answer questions about this process and offer assistance to anyone thinking about submitting a PAI.
And talking about submitting, a call for theme suggestions for the 2030 international convention has been sent out. I am including the link to that letter here as well.

over the past few years we have had many calls for stories, suggestions etc. I want to strongly encourage you all to consider participating in these activities and sharing it with your local communities. In that way we can continue to grow and connect our fellowship to AA as whole.
Thank you for letting me be of service.
