76th GSC Agenda Items and Background Material

Agenda Items and Background Material

With heartfelt gratitude and a strong sense of stewardship for our Fellowship, both our Alternate Delegate and I are excited to share information that will help everyone get ready for the upcoming Pre-Conference Assembly on March 28th. We are honored to serve and approach this process with humility and deep respect for all trusted servants who participate each year in the General Service Conference, as well as for the thoughtful and spiritual manner in which agenda items are considered for Alcoholics Anonymous as a whole.

Final List of Agenda Items

We are pleased to provide the list of Final Agenda Items that will be discussed at this year’s General Service Conference. These items reflect the collective conscience expressed through Groups, Districts, and Areas, and they represent matters of importance to the Fellowship.

You may access the Final Agenda Items here:

Summary Packet for the Pre-Conference Assembly

To help members prepare thoughtfully for our discussion on March 28th, we are also providing a summary packet. This packet contains summaries of the background material for each agenda item that will be discussed at the Pre-Conference Assembly.

Our hope is that this summary will make the material more accessible and support meaningful participation and informed group discussion.

You may access the summary packet here:

Full Conference Background Material (Password Protected)

For those who wish to review the complete background, we are making the full Conference background material available as well. In keeping with Conference practices and the spirit of confidentiality that protects the integrity of the process, this document will be password protected, intended for AA members only.

We encourage all members to review these materials as they are able and to engage in thoughtful discussion within their groups and districts. Participation in this process is one of the many ways we practice unity, responsibility, and trust in our service structure.

Thank you for your continued service, your willingness to participate, and your care for the future of Alcoholics Anonymous. Together, we move forward guided by principles, informed discussion, and a shared commitment to carry the message.
