Topic: The A.A. Service Manual A GSR is the bridge between the homegroup and A.A. as a whole. The Service Manual is the blueprint for that bridge. When GSRs are familiar with it, they carry their group’s voice with more clarity, more enthusiasm, and more impact. Please bring your Service Manual (Red or Green Version!)
