Delegate’s Report August 2025
A sincere thank you to District 17 for hosting our August Assembly! One thing I share to other area delegates is the importance of reaching out in person as well as virtually to as many members as possible in our area as we can, to stay connected. I look forward to seeing everyone in October at the Election Assembly hosted by District 9, you will be voting in your new slate of trusted servants so everyone needs to show up for this important event! See you there: 136 Pillsbury Rd., Londonderry NH 03053
This past month the trips to the new Service Office have been a pleasure from Merrimack. It was fun to connect with those who came through for the Open House on August 16th, our new manager Leeann and pass along the balloons that we hung up out front to three very happy little girls afterwards.
Preliminary Agenda Items
These are also known as “PAI’s”. Your Alternate Delegate Justin just shared about the path of an agenda item during the Area 43 August Assembly. Each of you, in your group, has a voice to bring forth an idea. Don’t be shy, but don’t be hasty without giving the topic proper background research. Resources can be found on page 42 of the AA Service Manual. Do not hesitate to email me for assistance on a topic. We are a fellowship, and together we are much stronger than when we work alone. I am repeating in this month’s Delegate report the link to the form:
Link to Proposed Agenda Item (PAI) Submission Form for the 2026 General Service Conference (GSC)
See below the first nine Preliminary Proposed Items as of July 23, 2025 that have been submitted for the 2026 General Service Conference Agenda. Prior to these items becoming final agenda items, they will be reviewed by trustees’ committees, who may or may not forward them to a Conference committee.
After reading the items below, is there something that has come up in your home group that you feel is important to send in to be reviewed? Every voice in the fellowship of AA is important.

General Service Board Information Updates
• The Final Conference Reports should be on track to be available digitally in late August/early September, with the printed copies arriving on my doorstep by the end of September. I will bring the cases to the Service Office when they arrive, as well as the October Election Assembly for distribution.
• The minutes from the most recent General Service Board meeting are not available yet and will hopefully arrive in two weeks.
• Updates on final conference reports are that they are also on track, with digital usually by late August/early September, and print version by late September. I sincerely look forward to bringing to you the news I have heard but must wait for confirmation.
• The 2025 International Convention final financials are not available yet, as some vendor invoices are pending. Stay tuned.

APP NEWS – SUMMER 2025
Meeting Guide App Update
This Meeting Guide update is part of a series of communications that are intended to help you stay informed about any changes or enhancements to the Meeting Guide app.
It’s been a while since our last update, and we appreciate your patience. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes on a new feature designed to make it easier to find online A.A. meetings. We’re now seeking beta testers to help us fine-tune this update. If you’re interested in participating, read on below to learn how you can join the beta test using your own mobile device.
Seeking Beta Testers
We’re getting ready to test a proposed update that will make it easier to find online A.A. meetings.
This beta test will be short and flexible, and you’ll use your own mobile device. Participants will need to install a beta version of the app. If you’re interested, please click the link below to complete a brief participation application.

We’ll follow up with details if you’re a good fit for this round of testing.
Support Spotlight
As we get closer to releasing our new online meeting feature, it’s more important than ever to make sure your meeting data is accurate. We’ve noticed that some online meetings are still being listed as “Temporarily Closed,” which can confuse members looking for meetings.
Please update your meeting listing, by verifying that the information listed is accurate.
As we all know, our Area 43 Registrar Dave T. works tirelessly to keep our meeting information up to date. Thank you to all the groups who send in any changes as they occur. Keep doing that, it means the newcomer can find us!

Hop onto NERAASA.COM for the website to the 2026 Northeast AA Service Assembly. Some Area 43 members have already reserved their rooms, which I suggested. You can view the full agenda that weekend while on the website and register later after elections in October. I will be there all weekend and hope to see you many of you there, I know I was able to learn a lot, as well as share a lot while at previous NERAASA.

There is a beautiful – International Convention Commemorative Edition of The Language of the Heart available to all now, more information to follow from the Service Office later.
Celebrate AA’s 90th anniversary with this one-time commemorative International Convention issue of one of Grapevine’s most beloved books, The Language of the Heart: Bill W’s Grapevine Writings. The hard-back book comes in all three languages and features a beautiful new cover and intro page. Our cofounder Bill W. contributed more than 150 articles to Grapevine in his lifetime, which were collected in this book, first published in 1988. The essays in it lay out the basic principles of AA’s Steps and Traditions and chronicle the early pioneer days as well as Bill’s vision for AA. It’s a great keepsake and a wonderful gift for a friend or newcomer.
