Area Committee Meeting Schedule

Area Assemblies	4th Saturday 8am-4pm	Mar, May, Aug & Oct or Nov. The New Hampshire Area Assembly meets quarterly: March, May, August, October (in election years) or November (in non-election years). Election years are odd.
Area Committee Meetings	4th Sunday* 1pm-4pm	*Except on Area Assembly months
Bookie Swap	12pm	During Quarterly Area Assemblies
Corrections Committee Meeting	10a-12p	Odd Months (e.g., January, March, May, etc.): 3rd Saturday of the month from 10a-12p in person at the AA Service Office at 1330 Hooksett Road, Hooksett, NH 03106. There is no call-in on even months.
Finance Committee Meeting	3rd Tuesday, 7pm	Exceptions: Meets at same time as Service Office Committee, November and December.
Functions Committee Meeting	1st Wednesday, 6:30pm	Monthly
Hotline Committee Meeting		Committee meets during lunch at every Area Assembly
Literature/Grapvine Committee Meeting		Nothing currently scheduled
PI/CPC	1st Tuesday, 6:30pm	Area 43 Service Office, Hooksett
Service Office Committee Meeting	3rd Tuesday, 6:30pm	Monthly
Treatment Committee Meeting		Normally meets at 12:00 PM on the same day as Area Committee meetings; or during the Area Assemblies at the same time.
