Who should attend NERAASA?

ALL A.A. MEMBERS ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!

The purpose of the Northeast Regional Alcoholics Anonymous Service Assembly (NERAASA) is for the GSRs, DCMs, Area Committee Members and Intergroup/Central Office Representatives of the Northeast Region to discuss General Service Conference related issues and concerns affecting A.A. as a whole, as well as pertinent aspects of recovery, unity and service common to the Areas of the Northeast Region.

NERAASA is designed for AA members involved or interested in service to the Fellowship. Attendees include GSR’s, DCM’s, Area Officers and Area Committee members, as well as those involved with Intergroups and Young People’s activities.

The scope of the weekend is two-fold: discussion of Conference-related topics, as well as roundtables focusing on the performance of an attendee’s particular service position. Normally conducted the last full weekend in February, this service event covers the most timely topics being discussed by our trusted servants.
